Please Request For Progressive Web App
Progressive Web App allows your website look like an application. It gives your blog the feel of an app.
However PWA is not currently supported in blogger. When PWA is set up on your blog, your visitors see the 'add to home screen' prompt.
It is very good feature and I'm pleading with whoever sees this post to request for progressive web app integration through your blogger dashboard

To send feedback and suggestions to the Blogger Team, which is important to get things fixed or working better, is to click on the Question Mark Icon at the top of the Blogger Dashboard, and then click Send Feedback from the Dropdown.
The Feedback form then loads and allows you to optionally include a screenshot.
If enough people suggest a feature it will improve the chances of Google adding it to their to do list and for bugs they get added to their work queue.
