How to customize single label link. ?
Wherever I want to link my label instead of the post link,
.
On the other hand, the question comes to my mind, how do I set up a label link with the photo on my website,
I am unaware of these things, I do not know how to set Html code and label links.

The url structure to create a link to display Posts by its Label is like so..
https://www.yourdomain.com/search/label/your-label
Just add the prefix..
/search/label/your-label
Where your-label is the Label you intend to display when the link is clicked. This is capital case sensitive.
Hint: Add a Label gadget somewhere at you blog and view your blog pages. Click any Label link displayed and view your browser URL bar. You will notice the URL format mentioned earlier.
