You don't - Google Picasa/Google Photos is where images uploaded via Blogger post editor
have been uploaded/stored to for 10+ years.

In https://photos.google.com/settings , do you have Original or High quality selected
for uploaded image size ?

Do you regularly upload images larger than 16 Megapixels ?

Its not about the size tho? if i continue using for next few years, my drive will be full someday, right? not to mention the files i save in my drive which has only 15gb.

These images are already completely unsynched.
If you upload images directly into your blog, they will not be stored in Google Photos or Google Drive.
Furthermore, these images will be resized so as not to count against your 15 GB.
Furthermore, there is a similar option for Google Photos (but you have to choose it).
If you link directly to images that are already in Google Photos or Drive, then of course that's what you have done. But otherwise you may safely delete images from Photos or Drive--"Safely" in the sense that deleting them won't affect your blog.
