Not able to take backup of my blog. After 35 MB, it is showing failed-network error (google chrome) 1 Recommended Answer 18 Replies 163 Upvotes

Tried with clearing browser cache cookies and tried with different browser.

This is extremely annoying and has been going on for about a year at least:

Any updates on when it will be fixed, or at least some sign that someone is working on this?

This happens on different PCs and different browsers, even while using incognito mode. Filename is short and has no special characters

Please fix your issues with this size limit. We are getting the Failed - Network error right at 52Mb. And there is no info from them on how to fix this major flaw.

Please create your own posts rather than replying to other peoples support tickets/posts. It will help get your issue looked at quicker.

When posting please leave as much information as possible.

eg Links to you blog, any error messages, steps to reproduce the issue, the browser and device you are using, any relevant screenshots to show the issue. 

The more information you can provide, the better the chances that your questions/problem can be answered/resolved.
