How do I increase the percentage of blog views?
How do I increase the percentage of blog views, even though I have published 37 posts and the number is increasing.

There's no single answer but there are many guides/advices you may follow.
Check in the same guide the "Promote" section https://developers.google.com/search/docs/fundamentals/seo-starter-guide?hl=es#promote
Here in the Blogger Help Forum you can see recommendations of "using social media, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc. Find groups within them that is relevant to the subject matter of your blog. Then post there every time you write a new blog post, just a couple of sentence "teaser" & then a link to the blog post.
Your blog post will have to be original & high quality. Otherwise even though you might get a lot of first time visitors, but they won't come back for low quality rubbish.
The process of building an audience takes months of work, not weeks or days".
