How can I get more views

Welcome to Blogger help forum.
Top most tip is to keep writing quality content based on what your blog talks about. Apart from that,
- Write your articles based on Search keywords
- Ensure you share your articles on social networks but to related crowd. Like a group or a community.
- Interlink your articles inside your blog wherever possible.
- Learn more about Search Engine Optimisation and try to implement them
This list could keep going but I guess it takes years or even months to build views. I would suggest you to find target audience and write based on them. As the audience grow, the views / stats grow and therefore your earning.
