android blogger app

is the blogger app still supported by Google? it is available in Google app store, but simple useless, notoriously crashing, not allowing to add photos. functionally it is primitive and even on this low level not working properly. Is there any hope that it will be improved of replaced with something working?

Hi Piotr and Fons,

Welcome to the Blogger Help Forum!

Just wanted to let you know that the Blogger app for android and iOS is discontinued. The app will not receive any updates or fixes. It is recommended to use Blogger website on Google Chrome for the best experience.

However, you can always share feedback to Blogger team and voice the need for new Blogger apps. To submit feedback login to your Blogger account and click on the Send Feedback orange button at the bottom right corner of the page. The product team reviews this feedback regularly and uses it to better improve the product over time.

Please let me know if you have any other questions.

Best,
Lucas

I used to be able to post my blogs to facebook and linked in, and they'd show up with the picture and content of the blog.
Now they show the URL and an ad for blogger. This sucks and is completely useless for sharing.

Member levels indicate a user's level of participation in a forum. The greater the participation, the higher the level. Everyone starts at level 1 and can rise to level 10. These activities can increase your level in a forum:

  • Post an answer.

  • Having your post rated as helpful.
  • Vote up a post.
  • Correctly mark a topic or post as abuse.

Having a post marked and removed as abuse will slow a user's advance in levels.
