Send feedback or report a problem with Gemini Apps

If you get a response that’s inaccurate or that you feel is unsafe, you can give feedback on that response to let us know. If you have a general issue with Gemini Apps, or want to tell us about your experience, you can report a problem.

Give feedback on a response

Important: Users with a work or school account that has the Gemini for Google Workspace add-on won’t be able to add additional feedback or attach content.

Your feedback helps make Gemini Apps more helpful, accurate, and safe.

  1. Below the response from Gemini Apps, click Good response or Bad response .
  2. Optionally, you can select a reason, enter additional feedback, and choose to not include the last image uploaded before this response with your feedback.
    • Tip: You can help us understand your feedback better when you select a reason. For example, if you select Bad response because it’s unsafe or offensive, selecting Offensive / Unsafe helps us understand your rating.
  3. If you provide additional feedback, click Submit.
