Ads containing alcohol-related content are allowed on the ad exchange only in the countries where they are supported, and only for inventory explicitly selected by publishers.
As a reminder, Alcohol is not supported in personalized ads. This applies to alcoholic drinks and drinks that resemble alcoholic drinks. Alcohol creatives declaring cookie or user interest targeting will be disapproved.
Requirements for publishers to allow alcohol ads
Publishers can only allow alcohol ads for inventory where the publisher has opted-into receiving alcohol ads. All content must be reasonably targeted at users of legal drinking age and must not contain sensitive content where an association with alcohol would be inappropriate (for example, a site about recovering from addiction or pregnancy websites).
Any publisher site found to have sensitive content or content that targets minors loses the ability to allow alcohol ads.

Ads for allowed restricted categories, such as those containing alcohol-related content must be declared.
allowed_restricted_category field for the Open Auction or Private Auctions, and the
allowed_restricted_category_for_deals field for Preferred Deals or Programmatic Guarantees.
