Sign in to Authorized Buyers

SIGN IN TO GOOGLE AUTHORIZED BUYERS

To sign in, visit realtimebidding.google.com. Enter your Google account username and password.

If this is your first time entering your account, you'll be asked to read and sign our terms and conditions. There's important information about the program, so take the time to read through these terms before proceeding.

Once you've read through the document, select the agreement checkbox and click I agree to continue to your account.

If you don’t have a Google account, contact your sales representative.

Troubleshoot sign-in and access issues

If you’re having trouble signing in to your Authorized Buyers account, try the following solutions:

Recover a forgotten username or password

If you've forgotten your username or password, use the Google account troubleshooter .

Previous account owner left your company

If the previous account owner left your company and you need to access your account, contact us. For security, we'll ask for some details. Details may include your latest payment information or the Authorized Buyers customer ID.

Sign in with multiple accounts

While you can't use multiple sign-in with Authorized Buyers, you can be signed in to multiple accounts at once if you use two different browsers or a private browsing window (such as an incognito window in Google Chrome).

To sign in to multiple accounts, open a normal browser window and sign in to your first account. Then, open an incognito window and sign in with your second account. You can now access any of the products you use with your first account in normal browser windows, and you can access any of the products you use with your second account in incognito windows.

Confirm you’re using the correct account

If you have multiple Google Accounts, such as a personal Gmail account or another business account, it's possible you're signed in to the wrong account. Try signing out and signing in with the email address you use for Authorized Buyers.

If your Google account is associated with more than one Google Authorized Buyers account, you'll be prompted to select the account you'd like to access when you sign in.

Tip: To toggle between accounts after signing in, in the top-left corner of Authorized Buyers, click the account you’re signed into and select another available account from the menu.

If you've added an alternate email address to your Google account, you can use that alternate email address to sign in to Authorized Buyers. Your password will be the same as for your primary email address.
