You can download reports in the following formats:
- CSV (.csv) (comma-separated values) and TSV (.tsv) (tab-separated values) files are encoded in UTF-8. Use these formats if you want to view report data in a text-only format.
- Excel .csv files are encoded in UTF-16LE and are compatible with most U.S. and international versions of Microsoft Excel. UTF-16LE files are larger than those encoded in UTF-8, so if you have an extremely large report, you may want to consider downloading your report as a .csv or .tsv instead.
- PDF (.pdf) (portable document format) files can be viewed using Adobe Reader. This format is only available for reports downloaded on the Campaigns tab. Keep in mind a couple limitations: PDF reports can't be generated for tables with more than 1000 rows. They also only display the first 15 columns from a table.
- XML (.xml) (extensible markup language) is a web-friendly format that you can use to publish data in multiple formats. Reports in .xml also feature extra precision, with currency values listed in micros, or millionths of a unit. This is the only format available for reports over 100 MB in size. For a report of this size, you may want to consider splitting the report into multiple smaller reports that cover fewer keywords and shorter date ranges.
