Resend Lost e-Gift Card

To have your reward e-gift card resent to you, please follow the instructions below:

  1. Go to the Google Opinion Rewards Audience Measurement page and choose Sign in 
  2. Select Rewards balance, then Rewards history.
  3. Select ✉Resend rewards email to have that specific reward resent. You should receive an email within 24 hours with your requested reward e-gift card.

Prior to resending the rewards email, add the email addresses noreply@tangocard.com and general@tangocard.com to your contact list to prevent reward emails from accidentally being routed to your spam folder.

Also, a resent rewards email will only be resent to the email address you used when you first redeemed the reward. If you need to resend your rewards to a different email address (connected to your account) contact our support team so we can assist you.
