How do I change the secondary voice when John Legend’s voice is selected as the assistant’s voice.

I changed my google assistant’s voice to be John Legend’s voice and it seems like John goes to like to take orders from anyone. When I asked the assistant to do something such as set the timer, or turn on the lights, I get a secondary voice response instead. John’s voice can answer any obscure questions I have though, which make me believe that this was in the contract agreement when he signed up to allow google to use his voice. After all, he isn’t our butler.

I just wanted to change the secondary voice so that it’s not the default Women’s voice. Is there an option to do so?

Changing the voice setting will apply to all of your Google Assistant devices.

Hi,

Thanks for the response. I know how to change the google assistant’s voice. My concern is strictly on the secondary voice when the assistant refused to use John Legend’s voice and use the “Red” voice as the secondary voice instead.

Is there a way to change this secondary voice to something else such as orange, blue, etc when John Legend’s voice is selected?

Hi Drasvin,

At this time the second voice your hear is fixed to the "Red" voice, but we're always looking at future options.

Will you have any other celebrity voices? Also, why isn’t there a male British or Australian voice?

These voices are available outside the US with a VPN . You don’t need the VPN always on only need it when setting the voice in the google home app
