If trying to open an URL like "https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wCk4nrQ1yaQ" Google assistant will only open "https://www.youtube.com" without the given parameters. How can i open the complete URL.
I want to open an URL in my local network, so IFTTT or URL-shortener are not an option.

I just tried the following command that turned on my tv and casted the music video using Chromecast.

OK Google watch  wCk4nrQ1yaQ on Youtube

Note, say each letter and number in order. No need to say upper or lower case.

Ok, that may work for youtube (but really impractical to say each letter), but i need a more generic aproach that works on any URL with parameter not just youtube.

Did you ever figure this out? I'm trying to create a routine that opens a link with get params:
and it just opens some random page (worldwidescience.org).
It only seems to work with the most basic urls.

Create a shortened version of the complex URL using tinyurl.com or a similar service, and have Google Assistant open that one instead. It works with any URL, even on your local network. For example, try this link:  https://tinyurl.com/2ioc. It should take you to

Hello Michael, your suggestion doesn't work for me. Google Assistant does nothing each time apart from displaying the message 'To go back to your home screen, tap the home button'. The command I'm running is 'go to https://tinyurl.com/y5ewef9g'.
