When I say "Ok Google" on my new Nokia 7.2 with Android Pie I get an error "Google keeps stopping" (screenshot attached). But if I launch Google Assistant by long of home button then Google assistant pops up and response to my voice command.
I tried following:
1. Disabled "Adaptive Battery option"
2. Cleared cache and memory of Google App and Google Assistant
3. Retrain Voice model several times
4. Factory reset of my phone thrice
5. Confirmed permission to access mobile Mic
But it did not help.
I am not able to uninstall updates for Google App (Ver or Google Assistant (Ver 0.1.187945513) as I can't see uninstall option.

Please suggest

Same thing is happening to my Nokia 7.2 and it has not even been a week since I purchased it . I retrained the voice many times and tried factory reset but nothing helped. I took it to Nokia's service centre and they said  that they just updated the system . Google assistant responded to ok Google but after few hours it stopped responding and now it keeps displaying "Google keeps stopping" when I say ok Google.

I am also facing the same issue. It works with assistant button, but not with 'Ok Google'.
