You can have the Google Assistant make restaurant reservations for you. If an online booking service isn't available, the Google Assistant will call the restaurant for you and request a reservation.
Important: Remember to cancel the reservation if you don't want the table anymore.
To make reservations, you must use the Google Assistant in English. For now, this feature doesn’t work in certain locations.
Make a booking
When Google Assistant makes a reservation, it shares necessary info, like your first name, last name, or phone number.
- On your iPhone, open the Google Assistant app

- Tap the microphone
- Say a request. For example:
- "Book a table for 2 at [restaurant name]."
- "Make me a reservation at [restaurant name]."
- When prompted, give more details, like the date and time you want.
- Tap Confirm.
- When your reservation is confirmed, you get a notification and email.
Tip: You can also ask Google Assistant to make a reservation on your Smart Display.
Find or cancel a booking
- On your iPhone, open the Google Assistant app

- Tap the microphone

- Say "My reservations."
- Find status: Find the booking.
- Cancel: Tap the booking

Delete booking history
You can remove a booking from your Google Assistant history. This action won't cancel the booking.
- On your iPhone, open the Google Assistant app

- At the top right, tap your Profile picture or initial

Reservations.
- Tap the booking you want to delete.
- Tap Remove purchase.
Tip: You can only delete bookings that are confirmed. Your booking can take up to 72 hours to finalize.
