Buy physical goods on your phone

You can buy items like household supplies using the Google Assistant on your phone. To buy items, you need to live in the continental U.S.

Find stores you can buy from on Google Shopping.

Add items to your cart

1. On your Android phone or tablet, touch and hold the Home button or say "Hey Google."
2. Say or type what you want to add:
   • Add [product] to my cart.
   • Add [product] from [store] to my cart.
3. Select an item Add to cart.
4. To add another item, say or type what you want to add.
5. To complete your purchase, tap Check out.
6. Confirm your delivery and payment info Place order.

Buy a single item

1. On your Android phone or tablet, touch and hold the Home button or say "Hey Google."
2. Say or type what you want to buy:
   • Buy [product].
   • Order [product].
   • Buy [product] from [store].
   • Order [product] from [store].
   • Reorder [product]. (You can reorder items in your Google Shopping order history.)
3. Tap the item you want to buy  Buy now.
4. Confirm your delivery and payment info  Place order.

Buy items from your shopping list

You can order items directly from a shopping list you created with your Assistant. Learn more about how to create a shopping list.

1. On your Android phone or tablet, touch and hold the Home button or say "Hey Google."
2. Say or type "Show me my shopping list."
3. At the bottom, tap View list Shop your list.
4. You’ll find results for each item on your list.
5. To add an item to your cart:
   • Tap Add to cart
   • Or tap an item for more details, then tap Add to cart
6. To check out, tap Shopping cart   Go to checkout.
7. Confirm your delivery and payment info, then tap Place order.

• Delivery costs: When you meet an order minimum, you get free shipping. Learn more about shipping costs.
• Delivery times: At checkout, you'll find options for delivery timeframe and speeds that depend on your delivery address and the store that ships your order. Learn more about delivery options.

Set your payment & delivery info

When you buy an item, you’ll be asked to turn on the payments setting if it’s off. Learn how to set your payment and delivery info.

Cancel an order

1. Open the Google Shopping app.
2. At the bottom, tap Account Order.
3. Check the status of your order, cancel your order (if this option is available), or request a return.
