Collaborator bubbles
Collaborator bubbles shows you other collaborators who are viewing the table. You can hover the cursor over the bubble to view the name or email address of the user, depending on their profile visibility settings.
If you open a table in multiple browser windows or tabs, you will also see yourself in the collaborators list.
Selection presence
Selection presence shows you where a collaborator's selection is when they are viewing a table. This helps you stay aware of what your collaborators may be changing or what they may be looking at.
What happens if two users make changes at the same time?
- the latest change will override and win (but you can view table change history and restore).
- if viewing the record in the record editor, changes won’t be reflected in there in real-time.
