You can adjust the density of rows and cells by using the "adjust view density" button in the toolbar, and then saving that view configuration.
Default, comfortable, spacious
The first view in the menu is the default view, which will be the view users first land on when they open the table. You can change the default by selecting the comfortable or the spacious view.
When in comfortable or spacious density, text and content will wrap in the columns.
