Security protections
Here are some of the protections and details around how data is secured:
- Tables is built and served on standard Google infrastructure and data centers.
- Tables data is encrypted in transit and at rest.
- Tables goes through regular privacy and security reviews.
- Tables follows standard Google Account deletion practices.
Standards & certifications
Tables is a new product, but we are already in progress with meeting certain standards and certifications:
- Tables is now ISO 27001 certified, see: Google Tables ISO 27001 Certificate.
- Tables is now SOC3 compliant, see: Google Tables SOC 3 Report.
- Tables is in the process of compliance review for FEDRAMP controls.
- Tables has not yet been reviewed for compliance with GDPR.
- Tables is not compliant with HIPAA or FERPA at this time.
