Update: The beta version of Tables is free no matter the plan
On June 11th, we announced that the Tables experiment was a success, and that the beta version of Tables will continue to be available until we release a fully-supported Google Cloud product -- which we expect to complete in the next year.
Previously, the beta version of Tables had a freemium pricing model – including a Free Plan and a Paid Plan – and the Paid Plan was being offered for a free trial and no payment details were collected.
As of the announcement on June 11th, the beta version of Tables will remain free to new and existing users no matter what plan they choose or are on today.

Other product limits
Within the product, we have these standard limits regardless of which tier you are part of:
- You can create unlimited workspaces.
- Each workspace can have up to 20 tables (you can move tables between workspaces).
- Importing CSV/TSV/JSON is limited to 30MB files.
- Each table can have up to 100 columns.
- Each column name can have up to 100 characters.
- Each text cell can store up to 50,000 characters.
- Dropdown and Tag-type columns can have up to 100 options.
- File attachments-type columns support uploading files of size 20MB or less.
- Each bot can fire up to 100 times per hour (learn more).
