If you have a database source connected to your AppSheet account from any of our available database sources and you made changes to the data source itself like changing the password or user; you'll need to refresh the connection from your AppSheet account as well in order for the apps to continue working.
Steps to refresh a database connection:
- Go to My account > Sources.
- Identify the data source you need to update, then click on the data source icon. Please note, if it's a shared data source, the AppSheet account that originally set up the connection must be the one to update it.
- Click the data source.
- Update the fields that need to be updated and test the connection.
