Applied Digital Skills provides online and in-person professional development (PD) sessions to support educators in integrating digital citizenship, digital literacy, digital fluency, and practical application on the use of digital technologies into the curriculum.
The PD workshops provide teachers with the opportunity to:
- Test drive an Applied Digital Skills class from a student and teacher perspective
- Review the Applied Digital Skills curriculum
- Develop a plan of action for teaching Applied Digital Skills lessons in their classrooms
We work with several professional development organizations around the United States to bring PD workshops to districts, schools and communities. Our PD sessions are free of charge to educators and open to new and existing Applied Digital Skills instructors.
