Change or add a recovery address

The recovery address allows you to receive an e-mail to reset your password if you need it. Your recovery address should be an email address that you use regularly. To change it:

1. Sign in to your Google Account settings page
2. Click Change recovery options
3. Click Add an email address
4. Click Add a recovery email address or Edit
5. Type/Modify your address and click Save
