Voice not working with Android Auto

Voice not working in my 2019 golf GTi. 'OK Google' activates but then nothing, it's like it's waiting for me to speak but can't hear me. Mic must be working to activate 'ok google'

Sempre que aciono a Google Assistente pelo comando "ok Google" ou pressiono o botão do assistente de voz no volante do carro, apresenta uma gravação que diz: "quando for seguro tocar numa notificação primeiro (no celular) para poder usar o Google assistente" . Isso pra mim é totalmente inútil e disfuncional.

Outro problema é que um assistente não lê as mensagens do WhatsApp em português do Brasil e sim em inglês, mesmo eu já tendo configurado tudo para o português do Brasil.
