Hi Anthony,

Thanks for reaching out. Do you have any issues when connecting this device to a PC/laptop via USB?

Hi, this is a well known issue, but nobody is doing anything about it. Some car models work with Android Pie, others don't. I had a topic here also, but it disappeared.
My Note 9 is not working with a 2018 Citroen, while S8 (with Oreo) is working without an issue, using the exact same cable. I posted videos and nothing.

Android Auto is not working with Note8 and 2017 Civic either after recent update. Car can sense that the phone is connected but wont launch. Did all the troubleshooting recommendations. Briefly had it going for 3 days last week. Such a disappointment.

if its not launching have you checked the permissions and settings for the app to open in full screen mode etc?

Same issue here , note 9 won't connect to Peugeot head unit but my wife's s9 works flawlessly, starting to get annoyed with it now as I paid a lot more for the note 9 to get a bugged phone.

My Android Auto is not functioning. It disconnects as soon as it shows on my car screen (F150, 2017).

My phone is a Samsung Note 9, 512gb, 8gb ram, Android 9 software N960 released 01 Sep 2019.
My receiver (radio) has SYNC3 (v3.0) on it.

I have cleared the cache, rebooted phone, changed cables....nothing works.

Can you advised any other methods?
