After using Android Auto and disconnecting from the car, the phone's keyboard wont open for any app.

Question

Keyboard popup on my Samsung S-21 will not open for any app  after disconnecting from the car and Android Auto. I have to reboot the phone to get it back. Closing all programs doesn't help.
Same result with the default Samsung Keyboard and Google's.
