Music/Audio becomes choppy in AA using wifi when switching to any other app while playing

I am using AA throught Wifi/bluetooth on my BMW X5 G05. After the update couple of months back to new version of AA, the Music on Spotify or youtube music  would become very choppy  if I switch to any other app or if there are any notification received like message or when the car swnsors generate any alert. It is like every other second of the music is cut off. The only way to get rid of this would be to disconnect from AA by turning off wifi and bluetooth and then connect to AA again. But after that the same thing would happen again.

[Update: 09 Aug 2021] additional.issue observed is that when the music starts to stutter even the phone becomes very very laggy. Like if i try going to apps, the layout loads very slowly. But if I disconnect from AA by switching off Wifi and BT the phone immediately starts working normal. So something to do with how AA is doing the memory or CPU  management when relaying data of multiple apps over Wifi and BT.
