Android Auto Communication Error 14

I'm getting an Android Auto Communication Error 14 message every time I plug in my phone to my car or try to use Wireless Android Auto.  It looks like this has to do with a date and time issues... I noticed that both the date and time of my car was off a few days after I got it, so I changed them to the correct date and time.  The next time I tried connecting my phone to the car; I got an unable to connect to phone on the NAV screen and a bright red screen on my phone saying "Android Auto Encounted and Error. Communication error 14 - Your car's software didn't pass Android Auto security checks.  Make sure the car's date and time are set correctly, and that Google Play services has been updated."

I've made sure the date and time are correct, and I even tried adjusting them back to the incorrect date and time with no luck either.  I've also deleting all Android Auto data and uninstalling/reinstalling the app.  Every time it says Communication error.

For anyone that cares, I found the fix for this.  I had to bring it back to the dealer so they could reset the system.  They had to "flash" it, as a normal reset would not work.  I don't recommend ever changing the date or time on your factory system unless you want to deal with this issue.
