[FAQ] Android Auto stopped working with my Huawei phone2 Recommended Answers
We've found an issue with some Huawei devices that unfortunately make them incompatible with Android Auto. We are working with Huawei on a fix to resolve this issue as soon as possible.
We will update this thread when the issue is resolved. In the meantime, please contact Huawei if you have any questions.

Thank you for your reply. Indeed, as the Android support team has said, Huawei is currently working on providing a fix to this issue.
Also, the release of Android 7.0 Nougat has already started. It is released in batches, so check the HiCare App from time to time and make sure the updates are set to automatic (Settings > Updater).If you have any other questions, don't hesitate to contact us.

Member levels indicate a user's level of participation in a forum. The greater the participation, the higher the level. Everyone starts at level 1 and can rise to level 10. These activities can increase your level in a forum:
- Post an answer.
- Having your answer selected as the best answer.
- Having your post rated as helpful.
- Vote up a post.
- Correctly mark a topic or post as abuse.
Having a post marked and removed as abuse will slow a user's advance in levels.
