Submit a bug report for Android Auto

When you experience an issue with Android Auto, you can capture and send us a bug report. A bug report is important because it gives our team detailed information about what happened at the time you had the issue.

Steps may vary slightly for different phone brands. For questions, please contact the customer support for your phone's manufacturer.

Note: It's important to capture the bug report immediately after you experience the issue so that your phone can log the details of that issue. Please complete the Initial Setup in advance and then continue with steps to submit a bug report while driving when you next experience the issue.

Initial Setup

  1. Make sure your car is in park (P) with the infotainment system turned on.
