To help you solve your issue faster, we recommend that you share your screen. When you share your screen:
- You control your phone. We’ll never have control of your phone.
- You can stop or pause sharing your screen at any time.
- We’ll be able to show you where to look and what to tap.
How screenshare works
While you’re sharing, we’ll be able to see everything on your screen. So if you enter a password or look at a photo, we’ll be able to see that. But you can pause or stop sharing at any time. For example, if you want to check a text or enter a password, you can pause sharing. We won’t see anything until you resume sharing.
