Can't Establish Secure Connection

I've tried everything I can think of including a factory reset but I keep getting the same message "Can't Establish a Secure Connection"
I can't find the manufacturer's name.
Android Version4.1.1
Thank you.

Hi.  It's possible the problem may lie with the Android browser you're using.  If you're not using Google Chrome, you could try downloading that (if possible) to see if that solves the issue. I did read that this was an issue with some phones some years ago.

Whichever browser you're using, make sure you have the latest version and you could try troubleshooting the browser app following the procedures in the Help Centre HERE.

It shouldn't matter whether you're using an Android tablet or phone when troubleshooting apps, the procedures are generally the same.

Regards, Penny.

Thanks so much for your help and advice.
I will take it to a professional to get a further opinion on it.
I agree it's quite old and maybe not worth repairing even if a repair was possible.

Hi again.  I'm sorry that nothing you've tried has helped but, unfortunately, it would seem your tablet may have developed a hardware problem and will need to be examined by a professional to determine the cause, although given the age of the tablet it is likely a repair would be uneconomical if, indeed, one is possible. Few tablets are repairable these days.

I'm really sorry not to be more positive.

Regards, Penny.
