For your Motorola device, the setting to turn off RTT should be something like this:
RTT works with TTY and doesn't require any additional accessories.
- Open the Phone app .
- Tap More. Settings.
- Tap Accessibility.
- If you see Real-time text (RTT), turn OFF the switch. Learn more about using real-time text with calls.
If it's not there, try Settings > Accessibility
