how do i open my downloaded files

Saying I need to get an app for opening and seeing/ reading my Downloaded files

Hi Wendy,
 
You should not need any app to locate the download folder on your Android device. 
 
  • Open the Android app drawer by swiping up from the bottom of the screen.
  • Look for the My Files (or File Manager) icon and tap it. ...
  • Inside the My Files app, tap "Downloads."
Keep in mind that if you used some third party app to grab content and store it within their app/system, you would likely need to download their app/system to access it. But the standard download folder on an Android device is merely another folder within the file structure of your device.

Swiping up from the bottom of the screen on my samsung A20 does NOT open any anything.
