How/where do I/is the Secure Folder located/the location?

Please use this information (<--click it) and see if it applies.
If not, there are endless apps that work like this... but there are far too many (and many are junk) to discuss them all. If you know the exact one you used we might be able to suggest where to get help, which is typically back to the Google Play store to interact with the app developer (their profile on Google Play where the app was downloaded from).
If the app did not come from Google Play we would not be able to discuss and the device could be compromised. It's very dangerous to do so.
Aside from that, I open up the Folder with photos and go to screenshots and see all of them there.
