can someone please explain lh3.google user content. to me.. i see everythong from im being hacked to

just trying to find out if im hacked. i am below novice at undetstanding phones and their capabilities ir what the https subject matters actually do.but most importantly i justbdont want my stuff hacked. so what is lh3 google user content do and how can i stop it if its bad
