To recover copy and paste history (clipboard history) on Android, you can follow these methods:
Method 1: Use Google Keyboard (Gboard)Gboard is the official keyboard app from Google that allows you to access and recover your clipboard history easily.
- Open any app where you want to paste text (e.g., messaging app, notes app).
- Tap the text field to bring up the Gboard keyboard.
- Tap the clipboard icon (it looks like two overlapping rectangles) on the top row of the keyboard.
- You will see your recent clipboard history. Tap on any item to paste it.
Method 2: Use Third-Party Keyboard AppsMany third-party keyboard apps like SwiftKey, Fleksy, etc. also offer clipboard management and let you access the history.
- Install a third-party keyboard app from the Play Store.
- Enable the keyboard app and grant it permissions.
- Look for the clipboard icon or menu in the keyboard app to access your clipboard history.
- Install a clipboard manager app like Clipper, Clipboard Manager, or Clip Stack from the Play Store.
- Open the app and grant the necessary permissions.
- Your clipboard history will be displayed within the app, allowing you to access and manage copied text easily.
