Can I dismiss the actions suggested in the settings app? I really don't need to be reminded every single time I enter the Settings app that I can change the wallpaper of my phone, or that I can turn the data on. Please, in Android 9 I was able to dismiss those suggestion  but now I can't and they are building up and as you can see in the screenshot, they take half of my first screen in the Settings app. I think it is very annoying, please make it stop.

Hello,

You should be able to just swipe them away. Are you not able to do that?

Hello,
I'm having the same problem, and no, I can't swipe it away. No matter what I do, "add another email account" suggestion pops up at the very moment when I tap on something. It is very frustrating.

Same here. Does not remove no matter what.  Even turned off notifications in Settings suggestions app and still adds them.

Same here. First it was the "Customize your..." one, and it didn't go away even tapping on it and changing wallpaper. Then I went to "Settings suggestions" in Settings > Apps and cleared app cache and storage; that caused the action suggested to change to the "Add another email account" one, but still can't be dismissed and doesn't go away when you add another account, reset the phone, etc.
This happened to me after upgrading a Xiaomi Mi A2 to Android 10 from Android 9.
Might be related to the "/data/data/com.android.settings.intelligence/shared_prefs/suggestions.xml" file not updating some values properly, since some users with rooted systems have changed manually this values to "true":

<boolean name="com.google.android.gm/com.google.android.gm.setup.AccountSetupFinalGmailSuggestions_is_dismissed" value="true" />
<boolean name="com.android.settings/com.android.settings.notification.ZenSuggestionActivity_is_dismissed" value="true" />

And the suggestions don't appear to them anymore.

Have "Wi-Fi Connected toggle" and "Bluetooth is off - Tap to turn it on" suggestions stuck at the top of my Settings page since the final Android 11 update. Neither swiping nor long press does anything. Cannot find a way to dismiss/get rid of these. Terrible suggestions with no way to disable. I've been an Android power user since the Nexus One, and I'm rather disappointed in the Android dev team with this.
