How to record my phone calls

I have an unlocked Samsung galaxy s21 ultra. I have read in several articles how to record phone calls using the built-in record function. When I go to settings for my phone app I can't find it.  I have tried several different phone recorder apps and they all record my voice but not the person on the other end. Why can't I record my calls. I  live in Georgia and it is not against the law to record your own calls.

Hello Google Team
I have a Gmail Account which is protected by 2step verification. Now forgot it's password. I have only Phone number. have tried many times to recover my account but I failed. Please help me to fix my problem.
