Thank you for your feedback. Please note that I have removed the recommended answer (that someone else marked on my reply), since it is reported to not resolve the issue. When it was posted, this issue mimicked typical ad junk from a typical app infestation. My previous reply does apply in that situation and has helped hundreds, if not thousands of others.
Regardless... it is not resolving this specific issue, which I have been following and researching since it developed. I contacted a trusted security countermeasure resource and finally herd back from them, which has provided this resource on your exact issue. I have been a technology professional for right at 30 years now but clearly I cannot know of every movement in the world of malware and attack vectors. It is rather normal that with such a unique issue that some things may not apply to all users, but that does not mean the person assisting (or attempting to assist) is clueless or lacks a genuine concern. This trusted source does confirm exactly what my previous reply suggests. It is an adware infection.
Further, this is a public help community where this thread is always open for any level of skilled user to contribute. My contributions do not block another as we are all building the case history together and forever. This "silver guy" will continue to investigate, follow, and contribute as I see the need. Anyone is welcome to ignore what I provide and continue slinging aggravation and talking at each other... but no one else may ever provide anything more and your issue will not get resolved.
Oh, the article I link to covers the Gestzy infestiation on a Windows device... but their app is listed in the Android store and should clear your issue. You could also contact my resource and provide them with your feedback on this adware infection. I would suggest being friendly and professional and leaving the aggravation at the door. They will be much more willing to assist you. While it does not bother me, it does many others and can alter the help you may get.

Same here, antimalware apps can't find it, still browser pops up from quite often without any scheme -absolutely randomly. How to deal with that?

Hi,
I handle a lot of mobile devices for clients, family and friends and find that 90% of the ad attacks come from 1 or 2 apps. Look at the reviews in the app store for the apps you have installed and you will find the apps that masquerade as being helpful... but are really low grade ad slingers. Free apps monetize the free app with ads but a quality app will show one every so often but not consume your phone's real estate when the app is not open and in use. You installed the apps and agreed to their terms and only you can determine what apps you have and either continue to receive ads or remove the apps involved. If the ads recently started... think about which apps you recently installed.

Same damn problem here,
Tried loads of antivirus, anti malwares, anti ads, even full paid internet security packs from some reputated brands as kaspersky or malware bytes.
Not only the apps won't even find the threat, but they fall victim to the adware trickeries as well, getting permissions denied or being even fully uninstalled.
Of course tried to clear all cache and data, even inhabilite chrome itself, but no way, the adware keeps trying to find any other browser to show.
It's trully annoying as it uses to pop at the least opportune moments (when using other apps, interrupting them and in some cases closing them, losing all the non saved data).
Apart from that it seems harmless... by now.
I'd like to get it removed asap, just in case.
