Google app is draining my battery

Hi.

I recently checked my settings to see what is draining my battery so fast, and I realised that Google play store and Google app is draining a very big amount of my battery.

Can someone help me?

I have the same issue with the google app. See the picture. The manager says that the google app is either not responding or frequently crashes and wants to put it in sleep mode. Is there a solution to this, as putting it in sleep mode feels weird regarding the app "GOOGLE"...?

Well thanks for the pre-canned responses but the solution in my case was uninstalling Samsung secure folder. I noticed the little icon in the bottom right corner of the Google icon and figured it had something to do with Samsung secure folder.
