Significant font and image size issues after November's Android 12 update. *SOLVED*

Question

I postponed the November 1 patch until today. As soon as the updates installed, ALL of my fonts across RANDOM apps, ALL browsers and my UI went to the smallest font size. 
My UI font size will no longer adjust properly. It's almost like it's stuck at the halfway size (even though it's set to full zoom). This wasn't like this before.
My phone's font inside the settings menu will properly adjust, but this only works in the settings menu and in my web browser URL window for Opera.
I can adjust text scaling in my Opera browser, but it only works in search results, not websites. This gives me three different font sizes when searching (URL window, search bar, search results).
Chrome is the opposite. Text scaling doesn't work in browser results or the URL window, but does work on websites.
Most of my apps have very small images and font as well. My words with friends picture shows how small everything is and I can't make it normal again. Compare that font with my status bar. This is across random apps.
No changes were made at my end. This happened upon the auto restart from the update. 
I've tried restarting my phone and adjusting everything related to zoom and font size on my phone and in apps, but none of this is working except the settings menu and url window. I need reading glasses and had everything set where I didn't need them. Now I can't use my phone without my glasses! Plus nothing fits to size (even with force zoom and text wrap on or off).
Anyone else having this issue?
