What is "trying to use a recycled bitmap"?

I found a file in my File Manager + -- CameraSumSungAS>error

crash-2019_08_20_09_29_41.txt

I dug around that date and time on my device and I couldn't locate a CameraSumSung?

All I could find on that date around that time was a very strange text sent by me to a friend (# cropped out) which I had dismissed as a pocket text

Can anyone enlighten me on this?

This has nothing to do with Android OS

Well sir I thank you for the time and effort you spent on your response to my apparently ridiculous question. I did not mean to offend you with my ignorance. I can only imagine how trying it must be for you experts having to dumb yourselves down to such low levels of intelligence we IT Illiterate shamefully display. If only I knew the magic behind an Android OS.....oh to be able to read and comprehend a crash report or an event log or other such mysterious and cryptic things. How silly of me to infer that since the document mentions "android" well over 50 times - that I could seek answers from an android expert. To the painfully uneducated such as myself it certainly seems to be related to Android OS - items like android.graphics, android.view, android.widget. I must confess that in my ill-advised fumbling through the writings of the far superior I somehow came to the belief that android.os.Handler and android.os.Looper and android.app.ActivityThread all surely must be Android OS related. Indeed I was foolishly convinced that they HAD to be connected in some way, shape or form. But alas....in hindsight I suppose I should have known - as you so eloquently informed me - that com.android.internal.os.... clearly has nothing to do with Android OS

I'm puzzled as to why you even bothered to acknowledge my plea for enlightenment. Now, sadly I shall endeavor to gain wisdom elsewhere since I am simply not in possession of the vast technological accumen and extensive vocabulary required to communicate with The Experts.
