I cant turn my mobile data on it says security policy prevents use of mobile data what do i do pls

I got the A20 yesterday  I put my sim in fired it up well now I cant even use it because it states security policy prevents usage of mobile data  and I cant turn on my data at all  it's literally faded out so I cant even hit the button I've tried rebooting like I've read helps but it did nothing  pls help me

This is a known issue with Samsung devices. You may be able to resolve it by following these simply steps by Samsung (<--Click it). If not, post up to the Samsung help community. 
 
Note: you will learn the most about your Samsung phone and it's unique features that other Android users do not have... by using their Samsung Help Community (<--Click it). Samsung creates its own hybrid version of Android.

Did you buy your phone through a carrier? If so, your phone could be locked to that specific carrier and you would have to contact them to unlock the carrier settings on your device.

I bought it off Amazon thing is I tried more than one sim that has active service there isn't even a way to hit the button its grayed out
