To get help with your phone or tablet, find your manufacturer or operator below. This list might not include all manufacturers and operators available in your region.
- For issues related to your device's hardware: Buttons, speakers, screens, cameras or other features, contact your device manufacturer.
- For issues related to your device's mobile connectivity: Phone calls, voicemail, mobile data or other services, contact your mobile operator.
- For issues related to your device's software: Android settings, Bluetooth, sharing or other software-related issues, you can search for your issue in the Help Centre or ask a question in the Android Help Community.

On most phones, you can find your manufacturer and operator in the Settings app.
- Open your device's Settings app.
- Tap About phone.
- To find manufacturer info: Tap Model and hardware.
- To find operator info:
- Tap SIM status.
- Check under 'Network'.
