Photo Picker

With Photo Picker, you can choose with which apps individual photos and videos get shared.

Important:

Some of these steps work only on Android 13 and up. Learn how to check your Android version.

Select photos

The app will display photos in either single or multi-select modes.

Single select mode

Open the app with which you want to share photos or videos.
From the photos view, select a photo or video to include.

Tip: To preview the photo or video you select in full screen mode, press and hold the thumbnail.

Multi-select mode

Open the app with which you want to share photos or videos.
Select multiple photos or videos.
Tap View selected to display your chosen files in a full screen preview.
- To display selected files, quickly swipe right on them.
Select or deselect the photos or videos you want.
Tap Add.

Tip: To preview the photos or videos you select in full screen mode, you can press and hold the thumbnail or tap View selected . Swipe right and left to view the selected pictures and videos. If you no longer want to include a photo or video, tap Deselect.

Important: You can select up to 100 photos or videos or fewer based on the app’s configuration.

Choose to share with personal & work profiles

You can choose to show your photos and videos on different apps for work and personal profiles.

Important: If your work profile is disabled, you can’t select it.

Switch from personal to work mode

Open Photo Picker.
Tap Switch to work .

Important: If work profile is not enabled:

Exit the picker to the home menu.
Tap Turn on work apps Switch to work .

Switch from work mode to personal

Open the Photo Picker.
Tap Switch to personal .

Browse

You can access content from other providers with browse.

Important: The app can only access the media you select.

Open Photo Picker.
Select Browse the media files you want.

Tip: Some apps don’t allow you to browse.
