The way Google Payment profiles are accessed depends on the type of Android Developer Console account:
- Personal accounts: Only the person who initially created the account has access to the associated payment profile. Google Payment profiles for individuals cannot be shared.
- Organizational accounts: These accounts allow for a shared Google payment profile among team members. However, the original account owner must manually grant team members access within the Google Payments Center.
