Authorized representative’s government-issued photo ID:

An authorized representative is anyone who has the legal authority to represent the organization (for example, CEO, director, legal representative). The government-issued photo ID can be issued in any country.
Individuals must submit a government-issued photo ID issued in one of the European Economic Area (EEA) countries or Switzerland and proof of address document as part of the verification program. Acceptable documents include:
- Passport
- National ID card
- Driver's license
- Residence permit
Address documents must list the individual's name and address as it appears on their profile. Acceptable address documents include:
- Government issued photo ID with address listed
- Utility bill for electricity, water, gas, internet, cable TV
- Insurance statement (home insurance, health insurance, and so on)
- Credit card or bank statement
