Since the 13th of November my GA4 property is not registering any traffic or conversion

I am texting as, since the 13th of November, one of my client's GA4 property is not registering any traffic, event or conversion, and it is still like that today,

I can see from the real time report how there are users visiting the website as they normally do, and I've got the same confirmation from Search Console and from the backend of the website.

Is there someone else with the same issue? Does anyone know how we can fix this?
